Stayed in a charming 18th-century building. Loved feeling safe with carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, and deadbolt locks. Convenient access to the airport and options for bicycle and car rental. Enjoyed the stunning natural beauty and endless walks right outside the door. Only had to share with my own guests. Spacious accommodations with DVD players. Explored Kendal Museum and Lakes Aquarium. Convenient free parking.
Well, I didn't enjoy dancing with the noisy road, but who needs silence anyway?

We had a fantastic stay at this modern cottage. It was comfortable and cozy, with a well-equipped kitchen. The location was excellent, close to the town center and within walking distance of Lake Windermere, falls, and hiking trails. The hosts were very responsive and even left us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. We would love to stay here again.

What a wonderful stay at the Stylish & Contemporary 5* Fully Renovated Luxurious Holiday Cottage! I visited Ambleside for a weekend getaway and couldn't have been happier with my choice. The location was perfect, close to the town center and within walking distance of Lake Windermere and hiking trails. The cottage itself was modern and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and spacious rooms. The quirky features added a unique touch, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. a fantastic experience that I would definitely recommend to others visiting the area.

Great value for money, the room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The location was perfect, close to shops, pubs, and eateries.

I chose this accommodation for a conclave and it provided a contemporary and stylish 4 star gold English Tourist Board accredited experience with all the mod cons for a very comfortable stay. The location was great and the facilities were clean and spacious. The host was responsive and the communication was excellent.
The one service that I missed for my work was the lack of a dedicated workspace or desk in the cottage.
